Kader delivers managed software work to companies in Saudi Arabia, engineered from our center in Amman, Jordan.
Most companies buying software help end up managing people they did not hire, in a process they cannot see, against a scope nobody wrote down. Kader exists to remove all three problems at once.
Our engineers are employed and supervised by Kader. They work together from one engineering center rather than as distributed individuals, which is what makes a team hold context between sprints instead of restarting every time someone rotates out.
You engage us for delivery, under an MSA and a Statement of Work. The accountability for what ships is ours. That is a deliberately narrower promise than most vendors make, and it is the one we can actually keep.
