What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement with Kader. Work is governed by a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work signed by both parties, and those documents take precedence over anything on this site.
This site is not an offer
Descriptions of services on this website are informational. They do not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver on particular terms, timescales or prices. Scope and price are set per engagement in a Statement of Work.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or omission at all times.
Intellectual property
The content, wordmark, logo and design of this website belong to Kader. Ownership of work produced during an engagement is set in the relevant Statement of Work, not here.

Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kader is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Liability arising from an engagement is addressed in the governing agreement.
