How we work
Managed delivery, written down.
Kader is accountable for what ships. That only works if scope, ownership and reporting are explicit from the start.
01
Scope before code
We work out what you actually need before anyone writes anything. If the work does not justify the engagement, we say so.
02
MSA and SOW
A Master Services Agreement covers the relationship. A Statement of Work covers the specific engagement: scope, acceptance, ownership and exit. Nothing important is left to a conversation.
03
The team is assigned
Named engineers, employed and supervised by Kader, working from our engineering center in Amman. Not a rotating pool.
04
Delivery runs weekly
A written report every week: what shipped, what is in progress, what is blocked and what we need from you. No status meeting required to find out where things stand.
05
Ownership is explicit
Code, IP and documentation ownership is fixed in the SOW before work starts, along with what happens if the engagement ends.
What goes in. What comes back.
You bring the roadmap. We carry delivery from our engineering center and hand back working software, a written report, and code you own.
