What if we need more than the block in a month?

We tell you before we exceed it, not after. You decide whether to extend that month or defer the work.

Who it is for. Companies running software they cannot afford to leave unmaintained, but which does not need a full-time engineer.

If a request is bigger than a retainer should absorb, we say so rather than quietly consuming the block.

Pricing on request. Engagements are scoped before they are priced, so the number reflects your actual work rather than a headline rate.
