There is no closing date. We read applications continuously, whether or not a matching seat is listed below.

A technical screen

A conversation with an engineer about what you have actually shipped, not a quiz. We look at real code where you can share it.

You join the pool

Vetted candidates stay on file with what they are strong at. That is the point: when a client engagement starts, the squad is assembled from people we already know rather than recruited cold.

We come back to you

When a squad forms that fits you, we make an offer. Kader employs its engineers directly, on a Jordanian employment contract. This is not freelance and not a marketplace.

No matching seat? Apply anyway.

Most of the engineers we hire were in the pool before the seat existed. If you build software well, we would rather know you now than start looking when a client is already waiting.

Honest expectations

Joining the pool is not an offer of employment. It means we have met you, know what you are good at, and will come to you first when a squad needs your skills. Some people are contacted within weeks, others when the right engagement appears.

We would rather say that plainly than imply a job that is not open yet.

The people are the product

Kader sells engineering capacity, so hiring is not a support function here. The quality of the team is the quality of what we sell.

One room, not distributed

Everyone works together from our engineering center in Amman. Teams hold context between sprints because they are not rebuilt every time.
