Who controls your data
Kader. Our engineers work from our engineering center in Amman, Jordan, and your data may be processed from there. For privacy matters, write to info@kader.software.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you email us, we hold your message and your contact details so we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry. This website does not run advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you have engaged us for, and to keep the commercial records a business is required to keep.
Client data during an engagement
When an engagement involves access to your systems or data, the terms are set in the Statement of Work and any accompanying data processing agreement, not by this page. Access is limited to the engineers assigned to your work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Engagement records are kept for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to retain.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Service providers we rely on to run the business, such as email hosting, process it only to provide that service.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@kader.software and we will respond.
